A business proposal must be submitted that clearly articulates: 1) the stage of the business and any significant achievements or development milestones; 2) the primary product(s) and/or service(s); 3) the targeted market(s) for these products and/or services; 4) management team biographies; 5) sales and marketing strategy; 6) financial history (where applicable) and projected financial statements; and 7) the amount of requested capital and current capital structure.

EMG actively reviews and considers opportunities from both within the Erie community and throughout the world. It is required that each investment provides growth for Erie.
While each opportunity is reviewed open-mindedly, it is preferred that EMG be the first "outside money" into a company in the venture stage as well as the primary equity capital in support of management buyouts, acquisition campaigns and recapitalizations.
